I'm a modern artist working with mixed media to create custom portraits that everyone can afford. Each original painting is a combination of photo references, with digital alterations, and includes a mixture of digital paint applications and traditional paint applications.
I've been an artist all of my life. I first began my formal instruction with oils and acrylics at the age of seven. I earned a scholorship and furthered my arts and graphics education at the Art Institute of Houston. After school I went on to own and operate a successful web design and development company with clients from around the world. All this, of course, before the love of horses completely took over my life. Although I'm totally devoted to my horse venture, I cannot abandon my deep desire to create art.
